Cherish Pants Knitting pattern (English)
Cherish Pants are a pair of tight-fitting pants with straight legs. The pattern consists of different sequences of structures as described below and in the diagrams.
First off the waistband is worked in Stockinette and assembled with an elastic band. The pants are now worked in the structure pattern from the top down with increases on each side of the crotch seam front and back and short rows at the back for a nice fit. The legs are worked straight down and finished with a rolled hem.
The pants have a negative ease of 5-15 cm on the smaller sizes and 0-10 cm on the larger sizes. This means you should choose a size measuring 5-15 / 0-10 cm less than your hip circumference. If your hip measures 102 cm, you should choose a size M with a hip circumference of 93 cm.
